Shipping is available Worldwide (see rates by area below). Every order is shipped with tracking number within 2-4 working days, using national Irish postal service An Post.
USA customers please note: starting from 29th August 2025 the United States has implemented tariffs for goods coming in from the EU without a minimum limit. This means that from that date taxes will be due on your purchase before the item(s) can be delivered. We ship with Irish national postal service An Post, you will be receiving an email from them directly requesting payment. Should the tariff not be paid, the order will not be released for delivery and will be returned to us, in this case please note that any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Returns Policy:
Please note that our Returns Policy applies to EU customers only. Due to Customs regulations we regret that we are not able to provide Returns for customers outside of the EU.
Whether purchased in person in our Blackrock boutique or online, orders can be returned in exchange for store credit​.
In order to qualify for a return, items must:
1) Be returned strictly within 14 days from the date of purchase
2) Have their original tag still fully attached
3) Be unworn and in pristine, saleable condition
No exceptions will be made to the above terms. As a small, independent business we appreciate your cooperation.
Items can be returned in person at the boutique or by post. To return an item purchased online, please contact me in writing with your order number, clearly stating the reason of the return. If posting, please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer with proof of postage/ tracking required.

Once the return is received, inspected and approved you will be contacted by email with your individual store credit code.
Please be aware that the original shipping costs incurred by the shop for the delivery of the item are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund credit.
Items purchased during Sale promotions and Gift Cards are excluded from the above policy.
