Every order is shipped with Tracking Number through Irish National postal carrier An Post
Shipping is available worldwide. Complimentary Tracked Shipping is offered on all International orders over Eur100 and is automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping rates are by area as follows:
Republic of Ireland - Eur6, FREE on all orders over Eur50
UK (incl. Northern Ireland) - Eur12
European Union - Eur16
International - Eur19
As an online shopper myself, it matters to me that you receive your order as quickly as possible and that it feels like a special treat when you open it. For this reason I lovingly gift-wrap all your orders and do my best to dispatch them within 2-4 working days (and if possible on the same day!). Items are laundered/ steam cleaned/ dry cleaned as appropriate depending on the garment and ready to wear as soon as you receive them.
Customs & Import Duties: non-EU customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please note that the shop cannot be held responsible for postal delays or loss due to postal services.
Every item listed is carefully inspected, photographed and described as accurately as possible in order to provide you with the clearest possible idea of its look and feel before purchase, down to any noticeable flaws. Exact measurements are also provided to give you the most accurate information of how an item will fit: please check these carefully before purchase, ideally comparing them to a similar item you already own that fits you well (you can read my handy guide to measuring vintage items for tips on how to do this). - Orders can be returned in exchange for store credit
- To return an item, please contact me in writing within 3 days of receipt of your order, clearly stating the reason of the return
- Items are to be posted back within 7 days from package receipt. Return postage to be covered by the customer, proof of postage/ tracking is required
- In order to be approved, returns must be in pristine, unworn condition
- Once the return is received, inspected and approved you will be contacted by email with your individual store credit code
Marked down items, Sale items and Gift Cards are excluded from the above policy.
