SHIPPING POLICY

As an online shopper myself, it matters to me that you receive your order as quickly as possible, and that it feels like a special treat when you open it. For this reason I lovingly and individually gift-wrap all your orders and dispatch them within 48 hours. All items are also freshly laundered & ready to wear as soon as you receive them. All orders are dispatched from Dublin, in the Republic of Ireland (European Union)

Irish Orders: I am pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping with An Post on all Irish orders. If you'd prefer your order to be sent via Registered Post with tracking number you can select this extra option at checkout.

International Orders: in order to offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, I use Standard Post with the Irish national postal service, An Post. This is highly reliable, however provides no tracking number. I am pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all International orders over 85Euro. If you'd prefer to have a tracking number with your order, please upgrade to Express Post from the drop-down menu at check out.

 

Customs and import taxes: non-EU customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Please note that this shop cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs

or for any loss or delay due to postal services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • ​Due to the unique and delicate nature of these vintage and antique items, purchases are considered final sale. 
     

  • Each item is carefully inspected, photographed and described as accurately as possible in order to provide you with the clearest possible idea of its look and feel, down to any minor faults. 

 

  • Exact measurements are provided in both centimetres and inches to give you the most accurate information of how an item will fit: please check these carefully before purchasing, ideally comparing them to a similar item you already own that fits you well for best results. This shop cannot provide refunds or exchanges on the basis of an item not fitting. If in doubt about fit, please do not hesitate to contact me for more detailed info or more photos - I am always happy to help.

 

  • In the unlikely event you should find an undocumented fault with your item, please do not hesitate to contact me within 24 hours from receipt and I will be happy to assist you. Please note that in order to qualify for a refund or credit note any item must be returned unworn and in pristine condition. The item must be posted back within 3 working days from notification, with return shipping costs the responsibilty of the buyer. The item will be inspected and if the fault is confirmed a credit note will be issued. Should the item be found to have been mishandled, the refund will reflect any loss in value. Please note that the original shipping costs and any custom duties paid are not refundable.
