Adorable 1970s prairie-style vintage blouse in super soft, texturized pinstripe fabric. Features ruffle high neckline with neck tie, ruffle front yoke and gently puffed sleeves. Cut slightly longer at the back. In rare perfect condition, this beauty would look amazing with jeans but also with classic black velvet and leather for dressier occasions!
